Sweetheart, you’ll know when the right one is along,
Sweetheart, you’ll know when you don’t have to second guess he’s the one.
Sweetheart God will prepare you for the right ones till the time you’re battling with the rose petals ‘he loves me or loves me not’, till the time you meet all the jerks, till the time you’re busy living a life and focusing on your goals, while fighting and struggling to keep your standards high, while chilling on the Netflix and putting on some weight, eating the popcorns and waffles till date.
You’ll know without a second thought that all these years it didn’t work out coz it wasn’t meant to be. All these guys you were chasing or being chased at 25 were just a headache and a passing spree! You’ll know while you were struggling to understand his mind by uploading pictures and status, changing dp’s and adding snap stories.
One day for sure, your heart will know that love is boundless, love is timeless, love is pure, love is more care and fewer expectations. For all that, sweetheart, you’ll know.
You’ll know that it takes a heartbreak to appreciate love, it takes a personality over physique to value it more, it takes courage and strength to mend your heart all the more.
And in the end, your heart will beat once again to whom you surrender your soul.
